Policy

  • Items purchased at thachwear.com may be returned for up to 30 days after the date of delivery.

  • Currently, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the item. We are working on a free returns process. If you are unsure about sizing please contact us at support@thachwear.com, we will offer guidance so you get the perfect fit.

  • If an item is damaged on arrival please contact our support team via support@thachwear.com. We will reimburse your return costs along with your refund.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Thach will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item.

  • Refunds can take between 5-7 business days to process once the item has been delivered to Thach.

  • Items must be in new condition, with original tags.

  • Items purchased anywhere except thachwear.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.

  • All shipments and returns go through our Dublin hub. This is the most effective way for us to reduce carbon output on shipments as it allows us to send the majority of our deliveries via road which has a significantly lower carbon output than air freight.
